HOW TO MAKE YOUR ORDER?

The products are classified into different categories (Breathing and immune system, internal balance, etc.)
Access the category that interests you and you can see the products that form it. There are articles where you can choose the size and buy the one that interests you. You can also use the search engine located at the top of the website to locate articles.
HOW IS AN ITEM ADDED TO THE BASKET?
Once an item is selected, size (if applicable), and the quantity must be clicked on the "Add to cart" button so that the item enters to be part of our order.
WHAT STEPS DO I NEED TO MAKE AN ORDER?
Once you have added the item you can continue to buy other products and add them to the basket. When you finish adding all the products you must press "Go to the box"
In the shopping cart you can remove items from the order or change the quantities of them
By default the product will be sent to the address provided in the registration data. If you wish to receive the order in a different address you must choose it at the time of confirming the address in the process of purchase.


WHAT PAYMENT FORM CAN I USE TO PURCHASE MY PURCHASE?

Is the return free?
It is free provided the product is defective or an unsolicited product has been received.
For returns for having requested a product not suitable or simply for not being satisfied with the product purchased you must pay the shipping costs of the return. You can do this by sending it by Post Office or by looking for a package company that is more economical or you can ask us to send it to the courier company we use, assuming in that case the cost incurred
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once received the merchandise in our warehouse and after checking the status of the same, will proceed to the refund of your amount using the same modality of payment that was used to make the purchase.
The refund should not be delayed beyond 10-15 business days to the date you return the product.
